the most important thing i learned from this stint with [] is that the only way you can truly control people and get them to do things is if there are incentives. otherwise, most are just lazy and apathetic.

what sucks the most is that i feel like i have really tried to get this going but time and time again i feel like i have been let down constantly by others, particularly those of importance. sometimes it’s like they don’t care and do things half-heartedly.
